We offer personal nutritional counselling so you can fast track your weight loss goals, yoga classes to help you engage body and mind, tanning equipment so you can look and feel your best, and one on one training for those that need that extra support and guidance.

Being a women’s only facility, we understand that childcare issues can often get in the way of your fitness routine. That’s why Fitness Elite For Women provides a clean, safe, and spacious children’s centre for your little ones to enjoy while you workout.

For children from the ages of two months up to 14 years old, our centre is well stocked with engaging and educational toys for children of all ages. Our staff provides caring and loving supervision, to give you complete peace of mind that your little ones are safe and happy whilst you get on with taking some well earned time for yourself.

With over 80 aerobics classes to choose from each week, there is bound to be something that takes your fancy. Test yourself by trying the more vigorous disciplines like kick boxing and Zumba, or take a more peaceful form of exercise in the shape of Yoga or Pilates.
