When You Arrive
- You must be on time for spin classes; please come 5 minutes or more prior to class time
- Check in at the front desk and pick up a spin ticket
- For your safety, if door is closed, please DO NOT ENTER Spin class when it is in session!
What to Wear
- Comfortable clothes
- Bike shorts/pants with pads are highly recommended
- Cycling shoes or hard-soled shoes
(Note: our pedal system is Look & SPD Shimano Cleat compatible)
Bring to Class
- The Spin Ticket you receive when you check in at the front desk
- A water bottle with easy pop top
- A towel
- Energy and a smile!
