When You Arrive

  • You must be on time for spin classes; please come 5 minutes or more prior to class time
  • Check in at the front desk and pick up a spin ticket
  • For your safety, if door is closed, please DO NOT ENTER Spin class when it is in session!

What to Wear

  • Comfortable clothes
  • Bike shorts/pants with pads are highly recommended
  • Cycling shoes or hard-soled shoes
    (Note: our pedal system is Look & SPD Shimano Cleat compatible)

Bring to Class

  • The Spin Ticket you receive when you check in at the front desk
  • A portable (digital suggested) FM radio with headset
  • (Suggested) A sports belt to secure radio
  • A water bottle with easy pop top
  • A towel
  • Energy and a smile!
