Elaine is a Medical Exercise Specialist (AAHFP) and Personal Trainer (ACE), she enjoys nutrition counseling (MEDICORP) and has been in the fitness industry since 1987. Elaine has 4 daughters and 2 grand-daughters she has a history of competitive body-building. She's an IDEA member and is certified and insured.
