One size “does not” fit all. Marilyn bases her fitness programs on the teachings of world-renowned C.H.E.K. Institute, located in Vista, Ca. The C.H.E.K. approach was developed for people who suffer from weight gain, back pain, joint pain, chronic injuries, inflammation, and degeneration, to name a few.

Marilyn offers training and nutritional methods designed to safely and effectively improve health.
