Each client receives a personalized program consisting of:

Michele embodies the highest levels of experience, education and ethics that can be found in a personal trainer. Her fitness philosophy is based on the 5 components of fitness and implements them into your training program.

In her 22 years in the fitness industry, Michele has taught that all 5 areas must be addressed in order to become truly fit. She shatters the "no pain, no gain" myth with her educational background and innovative techniques. She has a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from the California State University, San Bernardino, Spinning certification from "Johnny G." Schwinn program and certification for the Reebok Bodywalk program.

A working knowledge of physiology and biochemistry from her career as a pharmaceutical representative for a top pharmaceutical company, she is comfortable consulting with your health care providers. The ultimate outcome will be a comprehensive fitness and wellness plan.
