Richard Warrington has been an ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association) Certified Personal Trainer for the last 14 years. At the age of 20, Richard was approached at his place of employment by a Playboy model interested in personal training, and his career was off to a great start.
Not only have I trained professional models, but all levels of athletes (I consider all of my clientele athletes!). High school athletes, elderly rehabilitation, sport specific training, fat loss, pregnant women's training, plyometrics, and core training are my specialties. My career now spans 14 years, over ten gyms, and over 200 satisfied clients! I am aslo certified through the most prestigious of all governing bodies of physcial fitness, the National Strength and Conditioning Association, whose board members include the most highly respected professionals in fitness today, including Olympic trainers from all over the world.
By continually staying abreast of the latest trends and scientific data provided by the most recognized and respected association in the world, (the NCSA), I am able to make my client's workouts the most efficient, productive, and satisfying experiences available to ANY and all persons looking to achieve their personal fitness goals. I take pride in my continuing education through the NCSA, and will continue to make myself the best personal trainer available in San Clemente, and South Orange County. I continually encourage my clients to challenge my knowledge during sessions, as well as educate them while training. You will become a more intelligent, leaner, physically fit individual than had ever imagined possible under my direction!
I am also a nutrition and diet EXPERT. I stress to all of my clients that your daily intake, plays a 70% role in your ability to succeed. Whereas fad diets come and go, my direction will teach you the fundamentals of nutrition, and how to implement them to compliment your new lifestyle. Instruction for clients is included in all personal training packages, and I offer individual counseling for athletes looking to refine their diet to achieve their personal goals, whether they be short-term (activity specific, i.e. marathoners, bodybuilders), or a complete lifestyle change.

I am available for training five days a week, with special exceptions being made for Saturday sessions. I also hold regular clinics for specific goal-oriented training, with sign up sheets available weekly in both the women's gym and co-ed gym.
